Bonobo roasters was founded in 2025 by a local guy with a clear vision for the specialty coffee niche. 

Our name refers to bonobos — a species of primates known for social connection, sharing, enjoying details and slowing down to bond with their group. This reflects specialty coffee culture, where people gather to appreciate flavor, conversation, and community. Both bonobos and specialty coffee represent a more intentional, human-centered experience built around connection rather than speed. 

We value good vibes, positive energy, and pure hedonism. We use electric induction roasting with a minimal energy footprint because we believe in a sustainable and responsible approach.
