Bonobo is a specialty coffee roaster born and based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Our journey began with curiosity — how deep we could dig by exploring the organic potential of coffee beans carefully grown across the globe. As we developed our roasting style, shaped by a Georgian character, we focused on preserving terroir: bringing as much of it as possible into the cup. We never force flavour, leaving natural sweetness and acidity intact.
We source thoughtfully, working with trusted producers and partners who value the hard work of farmers and ensure that everyone in the supply chain is fairly paid. All of our coffee is responsibly roasted in our own Tbilisi roaster, located in the heart of capital of Georgia.
Bonobo is about a relaxed way of life, where hedonism between sips is not a luxury but an everyday routine. We believe great coffee shouldn’t feel complicated or distant. It should feel grounded, clear, and quietly expressive — something you return to, cup after cup.
