Grown in the highlands of Nyeri, near the slopes of Mount Kenya, this coffee develops in rich volcanic soils and cool mountain conditions. Fresh passion fruit leads the cup, followed by dried lime and a subtle cola-like depth. Syrupy sweetness ties everything together, leaving a rich, lingering finish.

- First pour 40 ml for 10 sec, wait 40 sec blooming
- Second and third pours 80 ml each
- Finish with 30 ml
All process should take 3:30 min. Depending on paper on other small factors you may need to adjust your grind size to coarser or finer.

Nyeri Hill farm is situated about 2 km northwest of Nyeri town along the Nyeri-Ihururu road. The farm lies in Nyeri District, approximately 300 km north of the capital Nairobi. It lies at an altitude of 1800 metres above sea level at the lowest point, with the highest point at 2200 metres above sea level.
To the northeast, it neighbours the beautiful snow-capped Mount Kenya (the second-highest mountain in Africa), and to the west is scenic Nyeri hill, after which the farm is named...
